Description Status
On Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 at approximately 8:40 AM EST, a Fiber Line was accidentally cut in MTL1 while the Datacenter was performing remote hands. We are aware of the issue and are working on a replacement line currently. Our backup fiber line remains in-tact and has taken the full load until the primary line is back online. Resolved
A new fiber cable is being run currently to the core switch. Upon the cable arriving at the switch, we will be testing it and migrating traffic back over slowly. Status: Planned Resolution
We have began putting traffic back over the primary fiber line. We will continue to monitor the line closely to ensure it's operating properly and no issues have occurred during installation. Status: Resolution
