On Wednesday, September 23rd, 2020 at approximately 8:40 AM EST, a Fiber Line was accidentally cut in MTL1 while the Datacenter was performing remote hands. We are aware of the issue and are working on a replacement line currently. Our backup fiber line remains in-tact and has taken the full load until the primary line is back online. | Resolved |
A new fiber cable is being run currently to the core switch. Upon the cable arriving at the switch, we will be testing it and migrating traffic back over slowly. |
